Is the charger MagSafe compatible?

Yes, it will work with any MagSafe compatible device.

Do I need a MagSafe Case?

If you have an iPhone 11 or below, you'll need to equip your phone with a MagSafe case or magnetic ring to enable the magnetic charging. You can check out our MagSafe Compatible cases herefor more information.

Do I need a MagSafe case if I have an iPhone 12 or 13?

iPhone 12 and above come in-build with MagSafe technology so you can breathe easy knowing it will hold securely and charge rapidly with no issues at all.

Can I charge in landscape?

Landscape charging is supported! Allowing you to watch videos or use your device horizontally while wirelessly charging.

What happens if my product arrives faulty?

All products are put through tests to ensure performance and quality. However, when manufacturing technology we understand that faulty products are a possibility.
